We are always told to be happy and live happily, yet, society and it's crazy rules imply we live a life according to certain standards or requirements, if we fail to do so, that means we are not allowed to be happy. This workshop has one main goal: learning what happiness really is.

When we were young kiddos we saw no boundaries whatsoever. We saw the world, and universe, through the lens of opportunity and strongly believed that anything was possible. Time passed and things changed, and that open-minded-fearless- brave-hearted approach to life did not stick around for much. As adults we are told there are things we can’t do, places we can not go, and after listening to so much, we basically just settle. We get trapped in the status quo until we reach a point we stop dreaming in the same way. How about we go back to the first scenario and bring that fearless and happy self back to life?

About the workshop.

This is a 90 minute workshop designed for those who are looking to make this journey (life) easier and more fulfilling. We will study, analyze, and go through different mindsets, behaviors, and commitments that will empower you to become the person you always knew you could be, a happy and fulfilled one.

Using different tools such as: positive psychology, adequate decision making, and assertiveness skills, we will be able to strengthen personal capacity-building techniques and overall behavior. By the end of the workshop you will have the information and guidance you need to focus and take care of yourself (esteem, respect, acceptance, concept, knowledge and awareness).
